I blame it all on the carbs :) and water weight and ... ! Could have been worse. My daughter sent home "a plate" with me Thanksgiving day. Parceled it out over the next days. So even though I stayed under my RDI, I still have weight gain. Now the goodies are all gone, I have to work on this. Too many carbs, my body loves them and won't let go. Everything was really good, will not harbor regrets. Onward!!

Diet Calendar Entries for 01 December 2014:

Sounds like you exercised an incredible amount of discipline! I applaud you. This is a tough time of year for exercising restraint; we are compelled to enjoy the offerings for some reason. I know that I find Thanksgiving to be my toughest time of year, because I love love love roasted turkey, dressing and gravy - and I only insist on those dishes at Thanksgiving time. But I think I eat Thanksgiving dinner at least 4 times over the Thanksgiving holiday. And don't get me started about the turkey sandwiches afterwards! I don't even care about the sweets. You did good!

Thanks FullaBella, DairyKing, and dreamcatcher! My body has really been hanging on! Down two, up one, down one, up two... and the beat goes on. Not giving up, just have to keep working at losing.
