Week 3: Passed eat 12-15g, 15-20g & tried 1 new veggie. Came too late to check in & the week had already flipped to week 4.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 156.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
