Hey everybody. I have signed up for like 100 diet/calorie counting/weight loss sites. I regularly use caloriecount.com, but not as often as I should. For a couple of months I trained with a trainer twice a week but that started getting too expensive and started conflicting with my school work. So now I am starting on this website called Body For Life, and I am not sure what I am getting myself into. I know that I need more structure, discipline, and advice on what to eat, how to eat, etc and BFL seems like a great way to do so. I also am going to try to document my weight loss journey on youtube as a form of accountability since I don't have any. If you know anything about BFL or if you've gone through it yourself, please give me all the advice you can!
