I have been lazy lately. I have only be to the gym three time in the past two weeks. Decided to make a jars one with marbles the other without so every time I go to gym I move one over to the empty jar, I am doing the same with pounds. Then I made a jar to do so every time I get bored and go to food I go to jar. That has things to do in it. I really want to get on track so I do not gain a lot of weight around the holiday.
