Yeah, I know what you mean. Only after I lost more then 40 lbs people started to notice that I am thinner. When I lost 20 lbs only my mom noticed. We just have to do it for our self and not for the recognition.

Apparently theres a saying, 4 weeks you notice, 8 weeks your friends and family notice and 12 weeks everyone notices.

Thanks all. I will begin my countdown to 12 to 16-week marker. Like you said Snezica, I am doing this for myself and must therefore remain focussed on this. But it is nice to get compliments from loved ones, toooooo! :-)
