Amazing in the month I've been dieting my blood sugar has plummeted from 250+ to 86 this morning even though I haven't kept my fat intake (90grams) as much as I'd like (60 grams). Weight has dropped 10 pounds in a month but Thanksgiving is coming up and I'm going out to eat but will try to control myself around the mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing. That will be hard because friday is my weigh in day. OUCH!
