This week has involved a trip to London which has made it tricky. I was at a reception at Buckingham Palace yesterday so had a few too many canapes but it is a once-in-a-lifetime event so I will get over it. Did a fair amount of walking too. Have maintained my 100 miles a month for the third month. It's getting trickier/less fun now the weather isn't so good.
