Since Halloween, been eating more nuts and chocolate. Started eating matrimony cake which is not Gluten free. This has started me to eat and want bread, pizza.

I think the worse is over. Back to Gluten free, cutting down on the amount of nuts and chocolate (keeping them because have to eat those fats).

Still haven't given up dairy completely, only almond milk have incorporated into my diet. Crave milk once in awhile for my coffee still.

Haven't given up coffee either.

I believe my eating is a bit better. Not always starving like before, although not snacking all through the day, still eating a fair amount. got smaller plates but they are full. and eat more than a plate full,that with dessert and such.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
