Hi everyone...sorry I havent been on in a day or 2 had some family issue! Still down 2 more lbs...Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving! Remember to eat in moderations!!!!

249.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb. Still to go: 99.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi everyone...AWESOME job to all of you! Again im sorry I have not been on! I am at a standstill in my weightloss but I am drinking 2 shakes a day and will start losing again!
