Well, it was an effort, but it turns out binging IS BAD! I only lost 4 of the 5 pounds i gained, so I FAILED... for now! I will NOT give up, and I will keep trying, even if I start feeling cold to even do the workout. Don't worry though, after thanksgiving, I'm getting my strength back, where i will succeed in losing weight. HOPEFULLY, and thanks for all the support! You guys are awesome! I hope you all try your best to lose weight, especially this week lol because of Thanksgiving :D
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you start your workout you will warm up quickly, just don't allow yourself any excuses. Enjoy Thanksgiving and right after that back to work.

I have found the days I make excuses to not work out.. I am sluggish and feel like crap anyway..So now I make myself bargaining with myself just do some squats and 5 push up. by the time I am into the squats I am starting to feel better and I end up doing my short routine before gym. And I feel so much better.. YOU CAN DO THIS... Thanksgiving is going to be easy this year we aren't going anywhere so we are going to be totally on plan thank goodness...

Thanks you guys, this means a lot, I will try very hard, especially after Thanksgiving. I hope you guys make it through Thanksgiving with flying colors too! ^_^
