So I'm going home for Thanksgiving weekend, so I'll be weighing in tomorrow. My next weigh in after that won't be until a week from Friday or Saturday (depending on how good my week is going ;p).

So this week is going to be my slowly getting into it week. I'm going to try and stay under 1500 calories, and then next week I'll go to 1200. Once I start losing I'll try and make myself deadlines for where I want to be when. But for now, my one goal this week is to stay under 1500 calories.

I've been pretty active this week so far. I did zumba yesterday and ran Sunday and today. I'm gonna try and run thursday and friday, hopefully it won't be too hot outside. I know my legs are pretty sore from running though, so tomorrow will be a welcomed rest.

Looking forward to the next 4 days off work though. :)
