Good workout, did more than last time, so good. Muscles quivering when finished. Almost skipped it, was so mentally tired after work but thought I really needed to work off the day. I have so much more energy afterwards and the mental exhaustion slipped away. 9040 steps.
Made a veggie and 3 bean soup for dinner plus of course more meals. Some house chores done. Lights out in just a few.
