I started the Atkins diet on November 3, 2014 @ 229 lbs. I am now down to 218 lbs on November 25, 2014. This is my first day of having a FatSecret account so I could not reflect the previous weight loss over this past month. I have been tracking my net carbs through an app I found in the Apple App Store called Carb Manager, but have been thinking about switching to FatSecret because so many people on the Atkins forums are using it, and it seems to be a bit more accurate and have a larger database. Well, here I go!
