Thanksgiving is only a couple days away, and inspite of all the temptations, it's one of my favorite holidays. I've been charged with making the candied sweet potatoes, which means they're going to be good, and though I know how to make them lower in carbs; tradition dictates I stick to making them the way my mom use to make them, with all the butter, spices, and brown sugar that makes them a sinfully delicious treat. It's going to be an interesting day. :-)
