I am so close to 81 kg. I just need to go for a 6km run tonight and then burn 700 cal exercise. Tomorrow, I will in the 81kg zone!
181.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
