Thanks :) I am starting to wonder if a portion of my weight gain is contributed to a new medicine I started taking back in October, right around the time I started up hill again. Don't get me wrong what I am eating has a lot to do with it as well.

Sherrie, I have the same issue with medication. It can affect weight. However, the main reason for weight gain is my reckless eating. The meds make it more challenging by getting the brain to want to eat, appropriately or not. But we can say no to the brain! My family comforts me by urging me not to be hard on myself, not realizing that what I need is to be less indulgent!
