Down 4.2 pounds in about 2 weeks!!! I was hoping for atleast 2.
245.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 April 2011:
1699 kcal Fat: 63.81g | Prot: 80.13g | Carb: 214.78g.   Breakfast: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Mushrooms, Onions, Carbmaster Raspberry Yogurt. Lunch: hersheys dark minis, apple cranberry chicken, Navels Oranges, Cow Pals Light String Cheese. Dinner: Deli Style Lean Smoked Honey Ham, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Southwest Spicy Sweet, Hot Mustart in Plastic Squirt Top Bottle, Classic Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Kroger Sliced Turkey Breast, Lite Raspberry Walnut Viniagrette. Snacks/Other: Braeburn Apples, cake. more...
