Down 4.2 pounds in about 2 weeks!!! I was hoping for atleast 2.
245.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1699 kcal Fat: 63.81g | Prot: 80.13g | Carb: 214.78g.   Breakfast: Carbmaster Raspberry Yogurt, Onions, Mushrooms, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Lunch: apple cranberry chicken, hersheys dark minis, Navels Oranges, Cow Pals Light String Cheese. Dinner: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Kroger Sliced Turkey Breast, Grape Tomatoes, Classic Romaine, Southwest Spicy Sweet, Hot Mustart in Plastic Squirt Top Bottle, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Deli Style Lean Smoked Honey Ham, Lite Raspberry Walnut Viniagrette. Snacks/Other: cake, Braeburn Apples. more...
