Tired of trying to do this on my own, but don't want to go bankrupt on 'diet plans'. Would like to lose this weight, and get a healthy level of fitness going. Have been doing senior's aerobics twice a week since January, but it ends next week for the summer. Hope the weather co-operates for outdoor activities - have a couple of boxers that need daily walks, also have a vegetable garden and a summer job.
