foo fum I am asuming this is another salt related gain?? All the vinegar probably won't help either.
Another better brighter note yesterday I was doing weighted squats and cling and press with a 20kg bar I have not iften that heavy in years, feeling healthy, #winning with small victories xx
273.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
