Really busy last week writing papers. Completely forgot to track anything. Did discover roast duck is quite tasty.

My last two PED attacks were Thursday at 7 AM (lasting about 20 minutes), and this morning at 11 AM (lasting roughly an hour). I was told that it could take six months to see any improvement, though, so I'm not too upset.

I have been feeling a bit low, possibly because some food cravings are hitting now, and because this condition limits my employment prospects.

I took measurements today, as it has been 11 days (I planned to do it yesterday, but forgot).

Neck: 14
Chest: 51.5
Arm: 16
Waist: 40.5
Hips: 59.5
Thigh: 28.5
Calf: 18.5
