not weighing myself in today. But I am off the diet for today only. My 8 year is cooking french toast and I do not want to turn this special moment down.
My sweet husband will be making me one of his special burgers for lunch that he claims " let me make you this when you are not concerned about your diet" so that tells me this is going to be one awesome burger lol
I expect to gain from today as my body tries So hard to hang onto normal food.
