finally eating dinner now, i really have to tweak my dinner time, however, i am happy especially with days like today that was an emotionally heavy load, and my diet did not waiver, and i have been sticking to it, i upped my workout in the regiments that is in the bowflex book to the body builder one 3 days on, one day off and repeat, i am doing 60lbs per arm, and 100 per leg, with the exception of what i have to do with my core, that is at 60 at the moment, my old hernia region is something i must stay mindful of, but im busting my ass for what i know i deserve, ill post a picture tomorrow, i must eat shower and sleep because my body just wants a whole lot of sleep :) good night all!
