been on the atkins for 14 days only lost 8 lbs feeling frusrerated

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 April 2011:
1889 kcal Fat: 137.16g | Prot: 92.85g | Carb: 83.43g.   Breakfast: Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, half and half, coffee, sausage patty, avacado, eggs. Lunch: broc, onions, half and half. Dinner: green pepper, roast beef . Snacks/Other: atkins double chocolate chunk, diet dr pepper, stevia, green tea, atkins , atkins bars. more...

That is 4 lbs/week. At that rate at the end of this year you'll lose 208 lbs (we hope that doesn't happen). Why are you frustrated?

Ok, I know it was 4 lbs a week and that is great. Looking at my carbs no wonder I stopped losing weight.. I guess this is a huge tool. I did nt realize all the carbs I was consuming. WOW, totally can see the issue. Way to many carbs, wish I had found this tool sooner..Thanks and your right I should be thankful.. Tomorrows a new day!
