I think the increased vitamin D is helping already.

Went to the gym yesterday, increased my workout just a little from last time. Trying to build back up to my previous routine. Also did 100 squats while making dinner.

I figured out how to add exercise to fitbit last night. Apparently it only records running or cycling as exercise unless it's added in separately.

Went to bed early as I was tired, not getting enough sleep during the week. Fitbit said 11.5 hours of restful sleep. I don't tend to change it on the exercise log here. Goal this coming week is lights out by 8:30. That will make 7.5 hours.

A dreary but warmer morning with very light rain. Good day to stay in and work on the ongoing whole house organization project. Can't believe it's time to drag out Christmas decorations. Will fit some exercise into my day, maybe a YouTube video or one of the exercise channels on Hulu, I've never tried one.
