last week seen my dr. and had a discogram done. that was terribly painful. i have 2 torn discs which are leaking fluid. it was also recorded that the 2 discs are only able to withstand 30 lbs of pressure, which is really low since my torso weighs at least 100 lbs or more so that is why i'm in such terrible pain. the plan now is to have the 2 discs removed and install spacers and have a fusion done again. now going through the waiting game with workers comp. to have the surgery approved. it's hard to stay focused on my diet plan with the recent news of my injury and that most likely that i will lose my job if i have the surgery as the recovery time will extend beyond what my employer allows away from work. i have neglected to enter diet and meal data but have been preoccupied with other things. i tell myself things will get better. hope so.
wish everyone well.

Ugh...I've had a discogram done before. By the name, you'd think it would be fun, but...not so much. Really sorry to hear about the stupid red tape you have to deal with. Try not to let yourself get wrapped up in it. Things WILL get better, sometimes at times like this is helps me to not think too far ahead. Just focus on what you can do right now, today that is good for you. Once that's done, then worry about the next thing. Taking things in small, manageable chunks can make it a little easier to get through rough patches. Hang in there.
