Sleep tracker on fitbit is showing lots of restless sleep time and 6 hours or less actual restful sleep. Probably a big contributor to feeling tired. Will have to think about that, maybe valerian or chamomile tea. I know I keep waking up dreaming about work. Off to bed and n alarm in the am. Interested to see what the tracker says.

My fitness tracker shows 3 steps when I turn from my back to my side while sleeping. Do you wake up when your dogs move around in the house?

Sometimes I wake up with the dogs, my little one barks at noises now and then, that definitely wakes me up, they've taken to cuddling up to me lately instead of using their side of the bed, I'm used to it yet. I know when I wake up I'm almost always dreaming about work, so am thinking the valerian might quiet my brain down. Sleep apnea, don't know, I do know I could not sleep with one of those c-paps. Ex dh had one, I couldn't sleep in the same room. I now have a bruise from the fitbit, guess it was a little too snug. I bruise really easy, and I have itty bitty wrists.
