Good mornig all and Happy Friday
Started my day off well... I went to hot Yoga. It is such a wonderful way to start my day. I think i did the whole class with my eyes closed and a smile on my face! Now if i could only touch my toes!!! It will come eventually!!
We have quite the group of walkers at work now too we go for 30 minutes at lunch and 15 minutes in the afternoon. It is a great support system.
I finally feel like I have the bug to train again! It ia a great feeling.
