AT LONG LONG LAST !!! GOT below that 180, I've been stuck for ever it seems,
Delighted with myself !!!!, did not enter what I ate for the last few days was without internet, phone, transport, no shops, really realised how remote my rural home is. did go for long walks, and read a lot. Had house shining bright. rewarded myself with good food (kept the portions down) and moderate intake of wine)
Now the challenge is to drop more !! HELP.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 November 2014:
1535 kcal Fat: 64.62g | Prot: 70.42g | Carb: 174.17g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets, Coffee, Granulated Sugar, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Lunch: Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Wrap Sandwich Filled with Vegetables, Tea (Brewed). Dinner: Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy. Snacks/Other: Pear, Roasted Salted Peanuts, Planters Mixed Nuts, Coffee. more...
