Too much alcohol...too many nuts...sometimes determination isn't enough!
Today is a fast day and my new goal is to get below 30 BMI
187.0 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So sad that alcohol has so many calories hey. If I have a drink now I have switched to Vodka and diet coke. Wine is a killer lol. You've done so well with your weight loss. I'm hoping I can last behaving myself till at least Christmas. Should be allowed to have a bad day or two with the upcoming festivities.

Thanks for your support and encouragement. I can't make up my mind whether it is sad or not having to limit my alcohol intake - I certainly feel better for not drinking (except when I feel like having a drink lol). I thought about vodka but chose scotch (it has around the same cals and I prefer it) but wine was definitely the drink du jour and that is definitely off the table for a while longer! Good luck to you, and us all, over Chrissy - it will certainly be a challenge. I am looking forward to reading everyone's posts in January lol!
