Today I feel like EATING. I am having some herbal tea but that is just not cutting it. I may go over my carb limit today GRRRRRR!!! I know this feeling will pass but it is a bummer. This doesn't happen very often but when it does I fight to stay on track. I might have to have an early supper of chicken and broccoli. I have some knitting to do. I am making myself a much needed scarf out of odd left over yarns.

Ism in touch with this feeling. Having a go to type of food is imperative. I usually do popcorn. Low calories and a space filler in the gut. Combo that w 1/2 an apple and three glasses of water it should offer up a full feeling. Just my method.

Try eating a load of veggies - great at filling the stomach and minimal calories

I agree with the popcorn and it's high in fiber. you can also added to soup

I know the feeling. Doesn't help that the media is awash in all the Thanksgiving and Christmas season recipes. I have been hitting the air popped popcorn hard. Going to more "good for you" whole food carbs this fall and winter. Beans are filling, have protein, versatile, nutrient rich and high fiber. As long as I stick to at least 20% protein, I should be good. Good Luck with your EATING!

Thanks everyone for your support and suggestions. I had an early supper and finished my scarf. Now just have to drink some more water and I am all done for the day.
