I'm at my heaviest weight - 140 pounds. I'd like to get down to 125 by the spring. Winter is just beginning with yesterday being the first big snowfall of the season.
Between the holidays and work stress, overeating seems inevitable so I need to start this diet now. No fast food, limited desserts and less coffee (since I can't imagine coffee without heavy cream and sugar).
