I will never be disappointed in a one lb. loss again! I was curious as to what 41 lbs of fat would look like so I was poking around online and came across this video on what 1 lb and 5 lbs of fat looks like. What an eye opener this video is and I just wanted to share.

Holy cow! That was an eye opener and is truly encouraging! I'm sending this link around to some of my friends. Thanks for posting it! You're right...after looking at 1 LBS of fat, it's a real accomplishment.
