Can't seem to catch a break on the roller coaster of regularity. We're back to 3 days of waiting after stopping taking the codeine. Man, what an evil, evil drug. Things were going so well there for a while, but even since the dental issues, my whole system has been a mess.

No straying from my food plan by even one crumb, so I know this, too, shall pass. Not going to try any remedies this time. I'm going to let my body decide when it's good and ready to move on. I think the remedies are worse than the condition, and partly why I've been screwed up for 2 weeks. I can wait this out. I've done it before.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Mrs mole I know what you mean- I have been to back and forth in the mid to high 150's for awhile- I gave decided I really need to increase my exercise level - even when vacation is over with- I know since I been with fstsecret my calorie consumption has gone down and I am more conscious of what I eat /I just need consistent exercise even on work days- Have a great Sunday
