On The Diet Front
I have not done so well today. I don't know what I did point wise but I am sure it wasn't so good. I had a donut for breakfast, patty melt with hash browns for lunch/dinner, protein bar for a late snack, and I may have some carrots and broccoli here in a little bit. Well after putting that down it doesn't sound like so much. Maybe it wasn't as bad as I first thought. I know my hash browns and patty melt was a lot of points though.

Burn Baby Burn
We didn't clean stalls this weekend, but we are going out in the morning to take care of that before it warms up. We went and rode for a couple of hours tonight at the arena. When we pulled up about 6 or 7 other people showed up too and brought cattle to rope so we joined in with that. Man I thought my horse would give you a work out. There were several horses out there tonight that would make some bronc riders some money. That was all the exercise I got in today. I did rest though which is much needed with our normal crazy weekend schedule.

This Ride We Call Life
I got John to go with me to Sunday School and I think hearing it from several other people might have helped, we will see next week. We have several women that attend every week but no men. Today we had 4 men show up and we explained that if they came every week and kept up with it we might get more men in there and be able to build up our Sunday School Class. We had a manly message today too. It was about warriors and preparing for battle and how life is like football. It was real good. I will also be getting my new curriculum for the nursery next week too. I am very excited, I been in the nursery for almost a year and finally getting curriculum instead of me running around like a chicken with my head cut off getting a lesson together. Instead of cleaning out the stalls tonight since it was still hot we loaded up the horses and went to the arena to ride. I am getting ready to do my Bible Study for tonight before going to bed. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is ready for great fat burning week.
