On the scale nothing much of a change. By clothes I can say they become larger.
I'm doing intermittent juice fasting 2 times/week. Rest of the time I'm eating vegetarian food.(vegetables, rice, fruit). I'm doing also as much exercise as I feel capable of. In the days when I fast I don't have that much energy to do exercise.

I was thinking maybe doing some weight lifting would help more in building some muscle that would make body look better.

It's been months of careful eating, months of dieting, months of exercise. Results just don't come easy, it's needed allot of hard work (if you wish flat abs/six pack).

There's a gym nearby where people practice weightlifting and other types of training, there's also a swimming pool several km away.

I'm reading now as the New Year approaches if you wish things to change in your life you have to make a Dream Board where you stick/pin everything you are interested in or you want accomplished.

So for me it would be like such:
-Reach a Weight below 60 kg by end of 2014.
-Then in 2015 reach 53 kg if possible.
-Get ripped abs.
-Be healthy and content.
