I feel like I am getting into a groove of eating better. Going pretty much cold turkey on sugar (until today's lemon bar...oh and that froyo on Friday night) has made that a lot easier. When I don't eat it I don't crave it. Same goes for carbs. The better I eat the better I want to eat. This will of course all go to hell at Christmas, but that is OK if I can keep things in order until then. This is not about never, it's about moderation. So glad to be doing this. When I record food I think about everything that goes in my mouth and how I'm then going to have to record it. I'm also looking at portions when I'm doling out my food.
