a bit of a strange weigh in because I weighed in last night at around 6 (so 12 hours ago) and I was down to 55.

so this is either just food still being processed or tom or something along those lines. still fluctuations are also normal just don't like the upwards ones.
121.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Suzi, thanks! Indeed it is perfectly normal to see fluctuations (even hour by hour) so it doesn't worry me yet :) not until i see it go up for quite some time. thanks for the support - always appreciated!
