I ran into this website by chance, but I don't mind. I've been feeling pretty low about myself these past few days and I'm excited for summer to start. I'm going to exercise 1-3 hours per day and eat properly. I'm going to avoid overeating/snacking like I do here at my dorm.
Finals are in two weeks, so I don't want to worry about what goes into my mouth more than what goes into my brain. I want to really focus and drop a lot of weight this summer!
I want to be able to hold my head up high and smile while I'm walking to class. I want to feel okay with myself and not be so intimidated to meet new people because I will feel more okay with being me.
Today was one of those days that I didn't want to talk to anyone... I just chatted with friends online and visited my department's counselor. Other than that, I avoided human contact. I feel gross about myself. I need to see a doctor about my hair loss as well.
I'm going to sleep. Sleep is good for your body!!
I learned that in class the other day. Maybe I'll elaborate more on it tomorrow when I'm all refreshed. Good night and hello.
