Dreading the weigh-in. Got married over the weekend... the festivities started on Friday and didn't really end till Sunday. Then I got sick Monday and Tuesday, so couldn't really do much in terms of exercise, and there are still plenty of goodies left from the reception.
I'm still not back to 100%, where I feel that I could (or should) go to the gym, but I hereby vow to eat clean the rest of the day: No cookies, candies, cake, sweet, or non-whole grain carbs today. Also, try to squeeze in a 30-min walk today, if I feel up to it (not including the round trip to and from public transport).
I can do it!!
