I have been trying to stay strickly on Phase 1 of Southbeach, but I do not believe I take in enough food when I only eat low carb...I just dont want to eat when I can only eat protein-yuck...Anyway, I have been eating just a bit more carbs than allowed. I am allowing one glass of fat free milk, a little bit of whole grain bread, and protein bars (Luna and Atkins are the best!) So far I have lost 2 more lbs since starting this week!
