Hello friends!!! Well, it's finally happened. A week with no loss!!! Not letting it get me down though. After all, I lost my good exercise workout when the pool had to be closed for winter and, except for very short walks here and there, haven't really worked out at all. My body had finally hit equilibrium. So now I really need to start doing some type of exercise again and look back at my eating patterns as far as carbs go. I really haven't been eating anything but healthy foods so I believe that exercise will be the key factor in restarting my downward march. Hope all of you had losses this week. See you again soon!!!
