On The Diet Front
I haven't had anything yet today. I am waiting on my coffee, and still waiting to find out about lunch. We may be eating with my sister in law or may be eating at home, I don't know yet. I know I am fixing stir fry with Asian noodles tonight for dinner I have been waiting for the kids to leave to fix that and not hear complaining about it. Well I changed my mind after swimming, and went to Mazzio's and I hoping I didn't do too bad point wise. I had 1/2 sandwich and salad.

Burn Baby Burn
I am planning on going to the sauna after dropping off the kids, and spending some time at the pool all by myself, and working out at the gym without chasing children. I cleaned the church yesterday and really got back to where I enjoy that, and that is done and out of the way for a couple of days. I do plan on running with my puppy sometime today and maybe a couple times today. Well made it to the sauna and pool but too hungry to go to the gym. I will run with Rowdy as soon as some of food digests.

This Ride We Call Life
I do not know what to do exactly. I will be without my kids for 10 days. I have never been away from my kids that long. We left for 7 days for our honeymoon but I had just had Chelsea so I was exhausted the whole time and only wanted to sleep. I am very proud of my self I am almost back to the weight I was several weeks ago before I gained back my three pounds. It is amazing how fast you gain it and how slow you lose. I have 6 days before we leave and I have 3.2 pounds to lose I am hoping to get it done. The hotel we are staying at has a fitness center and a pool so I can keep up with my exercise while we are there as well. We will be eating out at least one meal a day. If we do it like we did in Texas we will eat out for lunch and take half and put in a take home box at the beginning of the meal and then we are not eating as much in one sitting and we have dinner as well. Save money and fat. I am wanting to walk as much as possible while we are there as well since I won't have my pup to run with. I would love to come home lighter than when I left. Well I hope everyone else has a wonderful Thursday and less hectic than mine. How are you guys doing today?
