I guess getting sick does help jump start weight loss! Not that I really want to be sick any longer...but if I keep up the momentum of keeping my portions down, I should be on a good track.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
