Now that I'm getting more serious about my health and weight, dieting doesn't seem so bad. It's not like I'm going on a fad diet that promises you to loose lots of weight only to find that you put it all back on and then some.
Maybe I shouldn't even call this a diet, afterall, it is becoming a new way of life for me. Watching everything that I eat, with the help of Fatsecret app, has brought a new understanding to nutrition and what your body truly needs to function. I'm learning more and more everyday. I'm feeling so much better too. It hasn't even been a week and I can feel the affects that good nutrition can bring to the body. I'm thinking more clearly and my spirits are lifted. I'm not feeling sad or depressed as much as I was before.
