I may have started a really bad habit. It appears the only thing that helps me sleep when I'm working graveyards on weekends is smoking a cigarette before I go to bed. I fall right to sleep and don't wake up every hour. All the other good sleep hygiene habits you're supposed to do to promote sleep don't do much for me. =(
155.3 lb Lost so far: 44.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.9 lb a week
