mrendaa1's Journal, 07 November 2014

So I've been on and off dieting/ change of eating habits for the past 2-3 years. From my experience I do really good then I go off and do really really bad. Overtime I found that what helps me is being good from MON-SAT. On Sunday when its family day I can eat what I please and again I don't get way out of control but it helps me stay balanced and I look forward to my cravings on Sunday. I do not record my entries on Sunday either. I was always average with my weight until about 2006/2007. I am 5ft 8inches. My highest was about 275 giving birth in 2011. YIKES that number scares me. I never stayed that high I was around 240 when I started my transformation. Now I am around 185- I am looking to loose another 20 lbs but I know if this is my life going forward I need to have my semi cheat day and really be on track during the week.

I let myself have one "blow meal" per week also. It really does help one stay on track especially when cravings hit mid week to know I can choose to have whatever I want at my blow meal. I limit mine to a meal instead of a day because I could really do some damage...hahaha.
