Really wishing I could move past this horrible plateau. It seems the longer I go on this journey, the harder it is to meet new lows, or lose at a consistent rate. I know full well my eating could be better. Mind you, its not poor, but I just don't follow my meal plan as close as I used to. I'm still in the maintenance mindset, and it has been incredibly hard trying to get away from that thought process. I've lost around a total of 25 pounds so far since January, and I still have at least 25 more pounds to go. The thought that I'm only halfway there is defeating. If I'm struggling to lose even 5 pounds at this point, how am I going to be able to lose 25 pounds? It seems pretty close to impossible at this point.. but maybe I'm just being a negative Nancy.

On a more positive note, at least I've nailed down being in maintenance mode for when I do lose the rest of the weight and meet my goal!

Steph, you've come so far with the first 25 lbs and knowing you on here...you won't stop til you get it!!! I was at my 230 plateau for a while...I was super killing myself!! I started weight training two weeks ago and the changes have been phenomenal. A lot of the thing you could do at the house without going to the gym too! If you want a more detailed description, I can email it to you, just send me a message on here or find me on bodybuilding.com to see my workouts. You have beennonenof my tried and true FS buddies and I am here to cheer you on and help of I can!
