Just a quick check in kind of note for today. I have been continuing to work out early in the morning now and it seems to be working well for me as it frees up the rest of my day to do whatever I wish to do. I did go to the YMCA today to go swimming and sit in the hot tub. I love that. I'm feeling great and looking forward to getting to onederland as that is my focus now. I know it is a do able deal so that is where my head is at. Can't hardly believe that Christmas is next month. Wow! Where did the time go? The rainy season is in full swing now. I don't mind so much being out in it, as long as I stay far away from the street puddles. Hope everyone has had a wonderful day. Life is good :)

Bunch of rain here as well. I always say at least its not snowing. Hot tub sounds wonderful.
