So I changed my profile pic. it was taken at our office Halloween party. I thought I was doing pretty good until I saw this picture. :( I look horrible. When I take a selfie I always looks so good. so this must be what everyone else sees me as. No looking good!
I am glad I didn't have a candid pic when I was at 233, because 218 doesn't look so good.
I need to focus. I was at 216.0 this morning, I want to break the 215 this week or early next week.
