I had a 4 day weekend and was back to work yesterday. I have really gotten side tracked not being at home and in my routine. I gained a little while I was on vacation, but now I am back to recording everything and I'm going to spin class tonight. I hope the scale doesn't scare me this friday for my weigh in. It's so easy for me to get unmotivated. I am really not motivated to go to class, but I need to go! So, I better get my butt in there! Hope everyone is having a great day so far!

ive done the same thing, dont be afraid of that scale aslong as your moving and counting cal now that what matters we all need a break sometime

Just like you told me, it'll happen. Every little bit counts. You're putting in the extra effort with your exercise and burning ALOT of calories! You'll be reaping the benefits soon. Stay on the bike...AHAHAHhahahaohohohahahhooh.
